  1. Recently Shaun Harvey helped me in the difficult decision making and legal process involved in
    having to evict my tenants. I often felt that perhaps I should have just handled it on my own,
    they had given a 60 day notice, but there were so many uncertanties involved. “Would they
    really move?”, “What if they didn’t?”. Upon deciding to go through the LTB process with Shaun
    directing me I felt most of the stress and anxiety of the situation slip away knowing it was in
    capable hands. Now I have the judgement in hand from the LTB I have the confidence I needed
    that my tenants have to stick to their 60 day notice and I will have my home back for my use.
